Refund Policy Terms and Conditions
Monthly Refund Guarantee Policy (28-Days Guarantee):
Students can request a refund before the 28th of the month in which they join.
The refund period ends on the 28th, regardless of the date of joining, as no classes are held on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month.
Example:
If a student joins on 2 September 2023, they can request a refund until 28 September 2023.
If they join on 18 November 2024, they can request a refund until 28 November 2024.
This policy applies to new students or new subject enrollments only. After the 28th, no refund requests will be accepted for that subject.
Refund Request Procedure:
To request a refund, students must complete the Refund Request Form and include their IC (Identification Card) OR Passport number along with a clear picture of the same IC OR Passport number.
The IC number OR Passport number provided in the registration form must match the IC number OR Passport number submitted in the with the refund request. If the details do not match, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the complete refund request.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable to newly added subjects within the month of enrollment of the new subject.
Refunds will not be provided for any subject after completing one full month of tuition. Once a student has finished one month of classes for a subject, they are no longer eligible for a refund on that subject.
For students who have already enrolled in multiple subjects (e.g., 3 subjects), adding a new subject will qualify for the refund policy only for the new subject.
Example: A student enrolls in 3 subjects in June and adds a 4th subject on 5 September. The refund policy applies only to the 4th subject, and they must request a refund before 30 September.
Class Rejoining Restriction:
Any student who processes a refund will be restricted from re-enrolling in the same class for 3 months from the date of the refund to prevent misuse of the refund system.
If a student refunds a course and re-enrolls after the 3-month restriction, they will no longer be eligible for another refund. The refund policy only applies once per student.
Example: A student refunds their class on 1 August. They can only rejoin the class after 1 November. If they re-enroll in November, they will not be eligible for any further refunds for that class.
Refund for Partial Subject Drops:
Students who initially enroll in multiple subjects can drop some subjects and request a refund for those specific subjects before end of the month.
The student will be restricted from rejoining those subjects for 3 months. No further refunds will be provided if they rejoin those subjects.
Example: A student enrolls in 5 subjects on 1 September and decides to drop 2 subjects on 20 September. The student will receive a refund for the 2 dropped subjects, but they cannot re-enroll in those subjects until 20 December, and no further refunds will be allowed if they rejoin.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Students will not be eligible for refunds once they have completed one full month of tuition for a specific subject.
Refunds will only apply to new subjects and not to ongoing or previously completed subjects.
Example: A student enrolls in a subject on 1 January, completes one full month of tuition, they are no longer eligible for a refund on the second month for the subject.

Replacement Class Policy
In the event a replacement class is necessary, the tutor will create a poll in the designated WhatsApp group for students to vote on the proposed replacement date. The date with more than 50% of the votes will be confirmed as the replacement class date.
Recording Access: A recording of the replacement class will be made available to all students.
Non-Respondents: Students who do not participate in the poll will be considered agreeable to any selected date.
